Veggie Chilli and Cornbread

I thought it would be fun and different to make our cornbread into shapes to go along with our household favorite veggie chili recipe. What a hit and so easy too!

Instructions:

Step 1: I doubled my favorite cornbread recipe and added a small can of corn to it.

Step 2: Grease a cookie sheet and pour batter in.

Step 3: Bake and cool.

Step 4: Slightly grease/spray the inside of each Yummi Yogi cookie cutter.

Step 5: Arrange your  cutters on top of the cornbread and push down.

Step 6: Remove the cornbread around the cutters first, then with a spatula remove each cutter from pan and place on a plate.

Step 7: Gently push the cornbread out of each cutter.
